Since the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the British Council and the National Culture and Arts Foundation (NCAF) in 2017, the two organisations have been actively collaborating on a series of activities related to the issue of inclusion, and in 2018, NCAF established the 'Inclusive Arts Grant' to encourage Taiwanese art groups and art practitioners to develop inclusive arts, being aware of ageing-related issues, and support professional arts and cultural programmes and services for the elderly. The grant also echoes the NCAF’s overall goal of 'Arts to Everyone'. Starting 2019, the British Council and the NCAF have jointly supported the 'International Project - Taiwan-UK Collaboration' project, with the aim of sharing international experiences and connections to expand the benefits of inclusive arts development.
