The British Council builds connections, understanding and trust between people in the UK and other countries through arts and culture, education and the English language. Movies are often the most effective platform to bridge the two cultures. This year, UK film 'Light Years' joins the 2020 Taiwan European Film Festival and portraits a different side from the UK culture to Taiwanese audiences.
